KEEP 20-30% OF PROCEEDS

We will host a “Dine & Donate” day at our location where your guests can bring in a digital flyer for the fundraiser (we will create it) and 20-30% of their purchase will be donated to your organization! We host fundraisers Monday-Thursday at Mythpoint Bistro. Please fill out the information below and we will get back to you soon. Our Fundraising program is a charitable donation, not a discount. Mythpoint reserves the right to select the organizations we choose to support.

Terms

I understand the fundraiser terms and will wait for an approval of my request via email. AGREEMENT TERMS: Approval of this agreement is at the sole discretion of Mythpoint. Please note that this agreement must be approved at least three (3) weeks before your scheduled fundraiser event. This agreement may be terminated and/or cancelled on thirty (30) day’s written notice at any time during the term of this agreement by either party. The above organization will promote this event for the above Mythpoint location only. 30% of the pre‐tax sales receipts for food and beverages will be donated to the benefiting organization above. One flyer required per transaction. No other coupons or discounts may be applied. By signing this contract, I understand that all flyers are to be distributed prior to the event, and under no circumstance are flyers to be handed out in the restaurant, parking lot, or vicinity. The event traditionally takes place during normal store hours unless otherwise approved and noted on the contract by the General Manager of the restaurant. A check will be mailed to the organization within 1-2 weeks after the event. No guarantees or warranties of any kind are made by either party hereto as to the anticipated success of this event.
